  • AOL Users

    If your an AOL user we recommend you update your software to 7.0 (Due to a lack in AOL security you might not be able to view this website properly with AOL 6.0 and older).

    If you continue to use AOL please make sure you Installed Internet Explorer so you can access all the features on our network. AOL is very limited and some features of our sites may not work with AOL.

  • Can't access a part of our web site?

    Before you ask for help, first ensure that cookies and Java are enabled in your browser, then try accessing the vidz again. For Internet Explorer users, you can check this by going into Tools, then Internet Options, then clicking on the Privacy tab. Make sure the slider is set on either Medium, Low or Accept All Cookies. Then move to the Advanced tab, scroll down until you find the header Microsoft VM, and make sure that both Java console and Java logging are enabled. Clear your cache, restart your browser and try connecting again.


  • Are you behind a Network Firewall or use Firewall software?

    People using Personal Firewalls like Norton Protector, Black Ice Defender and so on should either configure or disable their firewall so that you can enjoy the site. If you would like to configure your firewall, make sure it is not blocking referring web addresses. Windows Media also opens ports that are not regularly used. This could keep you from viewing video streams, depending on your configuration. We strongly recommend you disable it while viewing our site. We require that users post their referring URL's as part of our security. Many areas of the site are totally inaccessable if this information is unavailable. We aren't selling your information to anyone, or even sending ads to you, or any other sneaky tricks. This is a security function.


  • Netscape Users

    For Netscape users, go to Edit, choose Preferences, go to Advanced, and make sure that Enable Java, Enable Javascript, and Accept All Cookies are checked. We suggest using IE 5.0 or Netscape 4.7. If you are using any form of Personal Firewall software, please disable it to view your product and then re-enable it after you are done viewing.
